When choosing binoculars, have you ever wondered whether it would make any difference whether they were simply standard binoculars or tough ruggedized binoculars that withstand more extreme treatment? Case Armor: All terrain binoculars usually have a tough rubber case armor that will protect them against damage when knocked around or dropped.

Waterproofing: Binoculars that are properly waterproofed can be used in any damp or wet environment and even submerged underwater without water getting inside the casing.

Fogproofing: The lenses on binoculars that are fogproofed will not fog up in damp conditions, ensuring that the image is clear and bright.

All terrain binoculars are not only well suited to harsh environments, but can be used anywhere and in any activity – and is definitely a better choice because the benefits of having the extra protection far outweigh those of ignoring it.
